• We are locally owned and operated. Having been residents of Tahoe 20-30 years or more we know the ins & outs of the Tahoe rental market and we know what works and what does not. We either own or have owned a number of businesses in Tahoe all having direct connection to our tourist market and we use cross marketing between our businesses.

• We made a decision in 1986 to not be the biggest but the best rental company for our guests and owners. By not having hundreds and hundreds of properties we are able to provide the absolute best hands on service for our owners. We actually know you by name and take great care to treat your property the same as we treat our own.

• We are picky about the properties we rent. We aren’t so concerned if your property is a higher priced unit (as we have units from $70-$2,000 per night) but are more demanding that the property is clean and well maintained. Many properties don’t qualify to be on our program but if yours does you’ll experience the best rental services available in Tahoe.

• We don’t nickel & dime you to ! Unlike many of our competitors we only make money on the rental of your unit not on the “service fees”. When we have maintenance done on your property we negotiate the best price possible and pass that price on to you. WE DON’T ADD ON EXTRA FEES! We are very concerned with the maintenance of your unit and we want your investment to grow and to have our guests to have the best experience possible in your property.

• We know how to market Tahoe because we have experience that our competitors don’t have. We of course do the normal advertising that everyone else does but we also have “unique marketing” that places us ahead of the pack. That’s why we have the highest net occupancy percentages of all rental companies in Tahoe. The fact that most of our renters are repeat and referral guests says that what we are doing works!

• We are members of VRMA (Vacation Rental Managers Association), South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce, Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority, Tahoe Central Reservations and South Lake Tahoe Board of Realtors. We are very proactive in the protection of your property rights as Lake Tahoe is the most heavily regulated real estate in the country.

• We have many property owners who have been with one or more of our competitors over the years but when they found us they stayed. We even have some who left us and then came back after experiencing other companies. This should tell you something about our company!
